Is Office 365 the same as Microsoft 365?
Many small-business Office 365 plans were renamed Microsoft 365. Office 365 branding still exists for some enterprise plans. We will confirm the exact product you need.
Which plans include installed Office apps?
Business Standard, Business Premium, and Apps for business include desktop Office apps. Business Basic focuses on web and mobile apps.
Is Teams included?
Business Basic, Standard, and Premium have options with and without Teams. We confirm the selected product in your quote. Apps for business does not include Teams.
Is Microsoft 365 Copilot included?
Microsoft 365 Copilot requires an eligible add-on or a plan sold with Copilot. Access to Copilot Chat does not mean every Microsoft 365 Copilot capability is included.
Can you help with more than 300 users?
Microsoft 365 business plans are designed for organizations with up to 300 users. For larger teams or different compliance needs, contact us to discuss enterprise licensing.
